About Us

Account management

COGENT clients are managed by assigned account manager and operation manager, the account manager/ operation manager will ensure that quality services as per your requirement is delivered. After detailed risk assessment standard operation procedure is developed for your organization. Account manager/ operation manager conduct monthly & quarterly performance review meeting with clients. In these performance review meetings any gaps or improvement discussed in length and follow-up action plan developed and implemented as per agreement of both the parties. Any new or additional task and their methodology is finalized in these meetings. Minutes of these meetings and implemented action plan is submitted to the client for comments and record.

Selection & recruitment

At COGENT we have accredited procedure for selection and recruitment which is followed strictly. Checks & verification of criminal records, immigration status, work history is vital for selection. We give priority to integrity, experience, qualification, motivation, respect for others. After all verifications and interview. we start orientation and induction process. We select elite smart individuals to become the guards and officers of Cogent. Same selection criteria with certain additions is implemented for our other staff across Australia.

Induction & Training

Our well-prepared and comprehensive induction program helps staff quickly understand the responsibilities of their new role and our expectations of them. New employees need to understand the organization’s mission, goals, values and philosophy; personnel practices, health and safety rules, and of course the job they're required to do, with clear methods, timescales and expectations We are creative, realistic and practical while devising the training programs for our staff. Training objectives, topics and schedule all are devised in light of modern practices and implemented electronically.
